His show in November was one of the highlights during our Q104 25th anniversary weekend party.
That show sold out in minutes...and I'm sure the April show won't be any different.
Here's Neil Young doing "Needle And The Damage Done" on Johnny Cash's show.

Conan O'Brien's 1st Appearance On Letterman
Conan O'Brien has been my favourite Late Night Talk Show host since the get go. Ya, I know he had a rough start in the first year, but I've always enjoyed his sense of humour. His show is coming to an end in his time slot...Jimmy Fallon will take over... the good news is Conan's not retiring..but he's taking over The Tonight Show. Here's a clip of Conan's 1st appearance on David Letterman's show from 1993...the very show that Conan took over after Letterman moved to CBS.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IsayU6GLcwM
Here's a behind the scenes look at the Late Night Brawl from an earlier postinghttp://annaoneannatwoannazee.blogspot.com/2009/01/neat-late-show-crossover.html

The Singing Revolution Documentary
How can music bring a country together? It did that for Estonia. This is an incredible movie that comes out today on DVD called " The Singing Revolution".
From the TV Barnhart website...
It's the story of Estonia, a country that had two things going for it as the Soviet empire began to crumble in the late 1980s: (1) With a total population of just over 1 million people, it was no match for Soviet military might and (2) its people had a remarkable, centuries-old way of using music to stay a tightly-knit culture despite decades of oppression -- Soviets, then Nazis, then Soviets again -- that made Estonia practically a poster child for 20th-century totalitarianism. They used to sing because they had no other way to express their solidarity. Now they sing because they're liberated and hugely prosperous
Here's the trailer for the movie.

Superbowl Odd Bets & Stuff
It's Superbowl Sunday. Here's some odd bets being placed.
http://www.docsports.com/current/odd-super-bowl-bets.html
Care to wager on how many times that Perma Create commercial will run, in place of one of those $ 3 Million dollar 30 second much talked about Superbowl adds?
Journey will be performing at the pre game show and Bruce Springsteen is doing the half time show. He's expected to sing about 4 songs or play for about 12 minutes, which must be tough for Bruce who's used to doing over 3 hours in concert. He won't be paid for his appearance..but can expect to reap the rewards since music sales go up after an artist plays The Superbowl.
